The Satya Sankshema Sangham was established in 1988, located in East Godavari District in a city called Rajahmundry which is on the bank of holy river Godavari.  and was registered in 1989 as a Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 on 15th April 1989, by Providing Services to Rural Poor to develop their life socially and financially. So many People are suffering for food and shelter, and many are leading their lives in MISERY, mainly due to Poverty and lack of Awareness. "SATYA SANKSHEMA SANGHAM" (SSS) is a secular, non-profitable, non-political, non-sectarian, non-religious, voluntary organization.

The founder and President Dr.K.Satyanarayana MBBS; FCGP, is a dedicated service oriented and extensive experienced in the Medical Field and well known medical practioner since 1978 in Rajahmundry.

At the outset, I feel it a great privilege to introduce myself a Medical Doctor and Social Worker from 1978 Since our Hospital Started Working  for the Uplifment of the poor and Downtrodden People. Ours is a Doctors family treating Human Diseases.  I shoulder a lot of respousifitity and commitment towards the Society keeping pace with this view, I initially started a Tailaring Center and an Nursing School for the poor, who are below the poverty line.     

Our Organizations main Aim and Motto is, “UPLIFTMENT OF THE POOR BELOW THE POVERTY LINE AND IMPROVE THE HEALTH” with that said Aim, we had been Organized several types of Development and Welfare Programs in our Service area. We are working with women groups, Scheduled castes, Backward and Economically Backward, Minorities including all categories of people of poor and who are in below the poverty line for their better living.
